We will help you harness and maximize the divine flow, creativity, wisdom, knowledge and resources needed to spark your success.

Our vision is to build the largest network of Christian mentors and trainers in workplace ministry and human and leadership development in the world.
For this to happen, strategic volunteers from our subscriber and listener base must respond to the call.
The mission of CULA is not to plant physical churches, but people geographically. In other words, we are not competing with the church; we are the church. (Men and women of inspired Godlike character entrusted and empowered to change where they work, live and learn.)
Our CHAPTER VISION will be rolled out in three phases:
1.) We will MENTOR (develop and train) leaders in workplace ministry and human and leadership development.
We want to show people how mentoring through Godly relationships is designed to help them seize the life they always dreamed of.
2.) As leaders mentor people and gain influence, we will ESTABLISH chapters that are affinity or industry based, such as:
• CULA Media, Sports and Entertainment Chapter
• CULA Healthcare Chapter
• CULA Business Chapter
• CULA Government Chapter
• CULA Education Chapter
• CULA Faith and Family Chapter
We will not try to be an authority in industries beyond our LIMITS. CULA will rely on occupational members to affect their specific industries with what we pour into them.
The Apostle Paul wrote: “We, on the other hand, will not boast beyond our legitimate province and proper limit, but will keep within the limits [of our commission which] God has allotted us as our measuring line and which reaches and includes even you. For we are not overstepping the limits of our province and stretching beyond our ability to reach, as though we reached not (had no legitimate mission) to you, for we were [the very first] to come even as far as to you with the good news (the Gospel) of Christ. We do not boast therefore, beyond our proper limit, over other men's labors, but we have the hope and confident expectation that as your faith continues to grow, our field among you may be greatly enlarged, still within the limits of our commission, So that [we may even] preach the Gospel in lands [lying] beyond you, without making a boast of work already done in another [man's] sphere of activity [before we came on the scene].”
All events will stream out of our chapters. Chapter leadership opportunities (President, Treasurer, Secretary, etc) will be made available to all active members and subscribers. Chapter leaders and members will also have opportunities to present (speak and train) at chapter sessions and/or conference events.
We will show members how to lead their chapters and people by how we lead them.
3.) This model will effectually EXTEND the Kingdom of God in the marketplace.
Through CULA Chapters, even if a person relocates into an unchurched or difficult region, they will be able to extend the Kingdom of God through the mission, vision and help of CULA chapters in collaboration with their local church.
