THE NEXT 12 MENTORING PROGRAM
The Wall St Journal reports that 80% of line workers and 50% of
executives are dissatisfied with their lives at work.

According to Barna Research, nearly one out of every
two people is trying to figure out their purpose in life.

The "NEXT 12" Mentoring and Leadership Group was formed to contribute to leadership excellence and transformation.  We exist to add value to individuals, professions and organizations through powerful mentoring, leadership and authority development training.

INDIVIDUALS
Starting in September, through comprehensive training, practicum and simulation sessions, this program will train twelve (12) participants (employed or recently graduated) how to gain access into administrative, government or industry power and transform workplaces with their influence, faith, exploits and expertise.

The twelve (12) will have access to Mentors that provide vocational and spiritual guidance; accountability, leadership and problem solving simulation drills; entrepreneurial, writing and public speaking workshops; and networking opportunities and resources that inspire maximum productivity in the marketplace.

Why NEXT 12?
"And the [instructions] which you have heard from me along with many witnesses, transmit and entrust [as a deposit] to reliable and faithful men who will be competent and qualified to teach others also."  -The Apostle Paul

A study at Stanford Business School examined qualities that companies look for in promoting young managers toward senior executive positions, especially the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO.)

The study concluded there were two important qualities required for great success in leadership:

1.   Teambuilding
The first is the ability to put together a team and function as a good team player.

Since nothing is accomplished alone and all work is achieved by the managers output of the team, the ability to select team members, set objectives, delegate responsibility and finally, get the job done, teambuilding was central to success in leadership.

2.   Keeping Your Cool
The second quality required for rapid promotion was found to be the ability to function well under pressure, and especially in a crisis.

Crisis develops endurance and builds strong character to keep us alert for whatever comes next.

Keeping your cool means you have learned how to practice patience, perseverance, and self-control under difficult or disappointing circumstances.

The "NEXT 12" helps prepare you for the incredible destiny and challenges that await you!

Everyone is watching
Rudyard Kipling once said: "If you can keep your head when all around you are losing theirs and blaming it on you, then the world is yours and all that's in it."

No matter what success you have achieved, you can always learn from others.
We provide a framework within which one can study, evaluate and grow in powerful leadership, founded on kingdom and success principles of modern / historical leaders and champions of industry.

Learn to Inspire an Entire Organization
It is the vision of destiny/purpose (where an action or effort is leading) and limitless possibilities of what can be, that arouses purpose and inspires people to give their best.

The most powerful vision is always qualitative, aimed at and described in terms of purpose, values and mission rather than quantitative, described in terms of money.

Money is important to any dream, vision or desire; but the decision and commitment to be an authority or the "best in the business" is far more exciting and eventually draws the top compensation and resources in your field.

Let us help you cultivate, nurture and birth what's inside you.

How to get involved:
·    Corporate leaders can nominate or sponsor individuals to participate offsite or AT THEIR LOCATION.
·    Individuals can apply with recommendations.

Other program benefits include the Champion of the Year Award, Speaker and Presentation Workshops, an alumni network and partnerships/associations with like minded individuals and organizations.

CORPORATIONS
Corporations may also select employees AT THEIR LOCATION to participate in this program.
Through a competitive nomination, interview and selection, twelve (12) organizations or corporations select individuals (12) to participate for an academic year in leadership development training.

Mentors are NOW being trained from fall to summer to get ready for September's freshman class.
